Select Usage Log – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to search and select the Planning Number to record the equipment usage log details. You can search the Planning No. / existing Equipment Log No. by mentioning starting and ending ranges of the Plan Number, Plan Status, Equipment Number, Equipment Type, Supplier Code, Equipment Log Date, Usage Location and Project Code. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the plans, which have Login OU as Request OU.

Usage Log allows you to create the Equipment Log Number. You can record the usage and breakdown details of equipments. In the Usage Mode, you can specify the date on which the equipment was put in use, the start time and end time of the equipment usage and the operator details. In the Breakdown Mode, you can specify the Date and Timings on which the Equipment was not used due to functionality problems. You can determine the hire amount payable to supplier based on equipments usage, overtime, and breakdown details. You can also save the expense-incurred value against the expense type.
