Job Order - A summary of the activity

This activity involves creation and modification of the Job order details, either Loading or Unloading. To create a loading job order, Stock Transfer Order (STO) should exist. Based on the shipping and receiving details of the STO, job order is created for the same. The loading job order can be mapped to a trip number. Provision is available to attach unplanned material to the job order, apart from the items mentioned in the STO.

Job Order process such as allocation of material, loading, quality check , reloading , etc are recorded through ‘Specify Process Details’ page. Once the loading formalities are completed and confirmed, the vehicle is ready for Gate out.

Similarly, unloading process takes place at the destination location. Loading job order is the reference document for creating  unloading job order. You can also create Loading Job Order without Trip Reference and both loading/unloading job takes place at the same organization unit (OU).

The job order loading and unloading is enhanced to load the material from multiple loading points and unload the same at multiple destinations. Replacement of rejected material with a new item is possible during tally check.
