Hold Customer – A summary of the activity
This activity allows you to hold a customer from making further processing and release the held customer whenever required. Once the customer is held, you cannot make any further transactions with the customer. The status of the customer gets updated to “Held”. Multiple customers can be held or released based on the search criteria.
This activity also permits you to hold or release Address Ids corresponding to a particular customer code. You can specify the reason for which you hold the customer.
This activity permits you to view the customer item details, financial details, default ship/bill to customer, customer item attribute details, bank details, contact persons, selling restriction, notes, credit term and price list.
