Customer – An overview
Introduction
The customer component will maintain details about the customer in a central database. All the customers will be registered at a customer central database and a unique customer code will be assigned to it. It will ensure that the customer code given to the customer is unique across all the organization unit’s where the customers are interacting with the company. Hence customer’s data will be maintained at two levels. One at the central database level, where all customers are registered and the other at the organization unit level where all the customers are inherited.
