Using online help

This activity allows you to specify the supplementary details of a customer. You can specify the supplementary details like category, address, salutation, gender, profession, designation, age, date of birth, passport number, industry type, annual income, club membership, financing bank, wedding anniversary and credit card used in the multiline. In this page, you can also specify the contact and family details of a customer. 

The “Specify Supplementary details” page appears.

The system displays the following in the header:

Customer Code

The unique code identifying the customer created in the “Add customer” page is displayed.

Customer Name

The name of the customer corresponding to the customer code is displayed.

Status

The status of the customer.

Category

Use the drop-down list box to select the category of the customer. The combo is loaded with the values “Blank”, “Foreigner”, “Foreigner of Indian Origin”, “NRI” and “Resident”.

The system displays the following in the “Supplementary Details” group box:

Category Change Date

The date on which the category of customer is changed.

Address Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of address of the customer. The combo is loaded with the values “Communication” and “Permanent”.

Salutation

Use the drop-down list box to select the salutation of the customer. The combo is loaded with the options “Blank”, “M”, “MR”, “MRS” and “MS”.

Gender

Use the drop-down list box to select the gender of the customer. The combo is loaded with the options “Corporate”, “Female” and “Male”.

Profession

Use the drop-down list box to select the profession of the customer. The combo is loaded with the options “Blank”, “BUSINESS”, “DR”, “PROF” and “S/W ENG”.

Designation

Use the drop-down list box to select the designation of the customer. The combo is loaded with the options based on the profession selected.

Age

Use the drop-down list box to select the age of the customer.

Passport No

The passport number of the customer.

Date Of Birth

The date of birth of the customer.

Type Of Industry

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of industry to which the customer belongs. The combo is loaded with a list of industries.

Name Of The Company

The name of the company to which the customer belongs.

Annual Income

Use the drop-down list box to select the annual income of the customer.

Car(s) Owned

The car(s) owned by the customer.

Club Membership

The number identifying the club membership of the customer.

Name of Restaurants often Visited

The name of the restaurant often visited by the customer.

Wedding Anniversary

The wedding anniversary date of the customer.

Credit Card(s) Used

The credit card(s) used by the customer.

Financing Institute/Bank

The financing institute or bank of the customer.

Buying For

Use the drop-down list box to specify the purpose of buying. The combo is loaded with a list of values.

Reason For Buying

Use the drop-down list box to specify the reason for buying the property.

Overall Experience

Use the drop-down list box to specify the overall experience of the customer.

Suggestions

Any suggestions or comments regarding the supplementary details.

Salutation

Use the drop-down list box to select the salutation of the contact person. The combo is loaded with the options “M”, “MR”, “MRS” and “MS”.

Gender

Use the drop-down list box to select the gender of the contact person. The combo is loaded with the options “Corporate”, “Female” and “Male”.

Contact Person

The name of the contact person.

Send Communication?

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the communication has been sent or not. The combo is loaded with the options “No” and “Yes”.

Relationship

Use the drop-down list box to specify the relationship of the family member.

Name

The name of the family member.

Date Of Birth

The date of birth of the family member.

Note: At lease one row should be selected in the multiline.

The system displays the following in the “Data History” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the supplementary details.

Created Date

The date on which the supplementary details was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who modified the supplementary details.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the supplementary details was last modified.
