Basics of using Ramco Enterprise series web page

Using online help

This activity allows the user to view the payment details. For the selected customer code and the organization unit, the system retrieves the associated invoice details of the customer. The user can view the status of the invoice, the payment details such as, amount paid, amount pending and the due date.

The “View Payment Information” page appears.

Note: When this UI is launched from “Dealer Access” activity, then the customer code selected in the multiline in the “Dealer Access” page will be displayed along with customer name, company code and company name.

The system displays the following details in the header:

Customer Code

The code identifying the customer.

Customer Name

The name of the customer.

Company Code

The code identifying the company.

Company Name

The name of the company.

Org. Unit

Use the drop-down list box to select the organization unit. The system populates the list box with all the OUs of “Customer Order Based Invoice” business component, which has invoices for the selected customer code. The system displays the login OU by default on launch of the page.

The system displays the following details in the header:

Org. Name

The name of the organization unit. The system retrieves and displays the OU name from “Organization Setup” business component.

Invoice No. From

The starting number in the range of invoice number from which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18).

Invoice No. To

The ending number in the range of invoice number till which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18).

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the invoice. The options are “Partly Paid”, “Paid” or “Not Paid”. The system displays blank value by default on launch of the page.

Invoice Date From

The starting date in the range of invoice dates from which the details are to be retrieved (Date Format).

Invoice Date To

The ending date in the range of invoice dates till which the details are to be retrieved (Date Format).

Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves all the invoice numbers from the “Customer Order Based Invoice” business component that are associated with the selected organization unit.

The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline:

Org. Unit

The name of the organization unit.

Invoice No.

The number identifying the invoice.

Invoice Date

The date on which the invoice was raised.

Status

The status of the selected invoice.

Currency

The currency applicable to the selected invoice

Amount Paid

The number identifying the amount paid by the customer.

Outstanding

The number identifying the amount outstanding from the customer.

Due Date

The date by which the outstanding amount has to be cleared.
