Create Dropship Receipt – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to create dropship receipt. Dropship Receipt is generated when the goods are bought from the supplier and supplied directly to the customer. Since the company does not receive the goods directly, the customer gives a document confirming the receipt of goods and the quantity received. Based on the document given by the customer, a dropship receipt is created by the company. The dropship receipt is created with reference to sale order or purchase order. The dropship receipt component is used for the generation of invoice for account payable for vendor and account receivable from customer. 

This activity also permits you to add accounting information pertaining to the dropship receipt .
