This activity allows the user to maintain the check list details. The system allows the user to active or inactive the existing activity. The information regarding the check list code, description, milestones and remarks can be recorded and maintained in this activity.
Select the “Maintain Check List” link under the “Lead Management” business component.
The “Maintain Check List” page appears.
Enter the following details in the header:

Check List Code |
The code identifying the check list (Alphanumeric, 18). The system ensures this field is not left blank. |

The description pertaining to the check list (Alphanumeric, 40). |

Zoom facility available. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the check list (Alphanumeric, 25). The status can be “ACTIVE” or “INACTIVE”. The system displays “ACTIVE” by default on launch of the page. |

Default Check List |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the default check list (Alphanumeric, 30). The options are “YES” or “NO”. The system displays “YES” by default on launch of the page. |
Enter the following details in the multiline:

Seq No |
A unique number identifying the sequence of the check list (Alphanumeric, 8). |

Milestones |
The milestone description pertaining to the check list (Alphanumeric, 255). |
|
Remarks |
Remarks, if any (Alphanumeric, 250). |
Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the check list code details.
If the default check list combo is set as ‘yes’, the system ensures that no other check list code is set as default.
The system saves the header and multiline details against the check list code.
The system displays the following details in the “Data History” group box:

The login id of the user who created the check list. |

The date on which it was created. |

Last Modified By |
The login id of the user who last modified the check list. |

The date on which it was last modified. |
