Using online help

This activity allows the user to maintain the check list details. The system allows the user to active or inactive the   existing activity. The information regarding the check list code, description, milestones and remarks can be recorded and maintained in this activity.

The “Maintain Check List” page appears.

Check List Code

The code identifying the check list (Alphanumeric, 18). The system ensures this field is not left blank.

Check List Desc.

The description pertaining to the check list (Alphanumeric, 40).

 

Zoom facility available.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the check list (Alphanumeric, 25). The status can be “ACTIVE” or “INACTIVE”. The system displays “ACTIVE” by default on launch of the page.

Default Check List

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the default check list (Alphanumeric, 30). The options are “YES” or “NO”. The system displays “YES” by default on launch of the page.

Seq No

A unique number identifying the sequence of the check list (Alphanumeric, 8).

Milestones

The milestone description pertaining to the check list (Alphanumeric, 255).

Remarks

Remarks, if any (Alphanumeric, 250).

If the default check list combo is set as ‘yes’, the system ensures that no other check list code is set as default.

The system saves the header and multiline details against the check list code.

The system displays the following details in the “Data History” group box:

Created By

The login id of the user who created the check list.

Created Date

The date on which it was created.

Last Modified By

The login id of the user who last modified the check list.

Last Modified Date

The date on which it was last modified.
