This Activity allows the user to view the activities that are planned for a sales person for a week. The activities gets created in the maintain activity or it can get created in the MS Outlook application and synchronized to the user application.

This activity displays the weekly schedule of the sales person for the week number specified in the  “Week No” filed. The weekly schedule includes both the official and private appointments.

The week number is automatically calculated based on the system date. The week beginning from the 4th of January is considered as week 1 and Monday is considered as the first day of the week.

For example, if the system date were 9th June 2004, which was a Wednesday, the system would calculate the week number for 9th June. As 24. This week number is automatically calculated and displayed on launch of the screen. The system will populate details all the days in Week No 24.
