This page allows the user to maintain weekly schedule of a sales person. Tell me more.
Select the “Weekly Plan” link under the “Lead Management” business component.
The “Weekly Plan” page appears.
Enter the following details in the header:

Week No |
The number identifying the week (Integer). |

The system checks if the entered employee code is the same as the one mapped for the login user or whether the login user has permission to view the weekly plan for the employee code entered The system retrieves and displays the date corresponding to the Monday of the week number in the date field. The system retrieves and displays the activities of the sales person from the Maintain activity for each day of the week for the corresponding week number. The system also checks for the validity of the entered week number. |

The system retrieves the customer code from contact id and displays the code and the corresponding name of the customer. If a particular activity has more than one contact id and if these contact Ids are from more than one customer, then the system displays the details of the entire customers attached to the each of the contact. |

The date identifying the days plans in the weekly plan schedule (Date Format). Mandatory. |

The system calculates the week to which the date belongs and displays the week number in the week field. The system retrieves and displays the date corresponding to the Monday of the week number in the date field. The system retrieves and displays the activities of the sales person from the Maintain activity for each day of the week for the corresponding week number. The system also checks for the validity of the entered week number. |

The system retrieves the customer code from contact id and displays the code and the corresponding name of the customer. If a particular activity has more than one contact id and if these contact Ids are from more than one customer, then the system displays the details of the entire customers attached to the each of the contact. |
Note: Monday is considered as the first day of the week. The first week of the year starts from 4th of January Click the “Previous Week” pushbutton to view the details of the previous week.
The system retrieves and displays the date corresponding to the Monday of the week no.

The system calculates the week number as follows:
Week No.= Current week –1.

Click the tabs"Monday", "Tuesday", Wednesday", Thursday", "Friday", "Saturday" or "Sunday" on the “Weekly Plan” page to view the plan scheduled for respective days.

Select the “Time Allocation & Expenses” link at the bottom to calculate the time and expenses allocated for the date corresponding to the day of the week entered.
The user can maintain the weekly schedule for a specified week number or a specified date. The user has provision to browse the details of the previous weeks and the next weeks.
The weekly plan is recorded in 7 tabs one each for each day of the week and each tab contains information about the daily activities of a sales person. The information captured in all the tabs is similar but they pertain to different days of the week, starting from Monday through Sunday. The tab contains details such as the date, the duration, customer details, and the type of the activity and the status of the activity.
The time allocation and expenses page allows the user to maintain details of the time and money spent for a particular date by a particular sales person.
