This page allows you to view the query details at item level. Based on the quotation number selected the customer and query details are retrieved and displayed. You can view the item details, response and also the status of the query for a particular item code. The system displays the details of the user who created or modified the query details.
Select the “View Item Level Queries” link at the bottom of “Select Query” page.
The “View Item Level Queries” page appears.
The system displays the following field:

Quotation No . |
The number identifying the quotation. |

Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer. |
|
Customer Name |
The name of the customer. |
|
Zoom facility available. |
The system displays the following details in the “Item Level Queries” multiline:

Item Code |
The code identifying the item. |
|
Variant Code |
The code identifying the variant of the item. |
|
Item Variant Desc. |
The description of the item variant. |
|
Queries |
The query specified by the customer. |
|
Query Type |
The type of the query from the customer. It can be “Commercial”, “Technical” or “General”. |
|
Response |
The response to the queries enquired by the customer. |
|
Status |
The status of the query. It can be either “Pending” or ”Closed”. |

To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “View Additional Item Level Queries” link at the bottom of the page to view additional queries at item level.
Select the “View Document Level Queries” link at the bottom of the page to view query details at document level.
The system displays the following:

Created By |
The login user ID of the person who has created the queries on quotation. |

Created Date |
The date on which the queries on quotation was created. |

Last modified by |
The login user ID of the person who has last modified the queries on quotation. |

Last modified date |
The date on which the queries on quotation was last modified. |
