Select the “View Calibration Schedule” link in the “Select Calibration Schedule” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked calibration schedule number in the multiline of the same page.
The “View Calibration Schedule” page appears.
Enter the following field if you wish to view a calibration schedule other than the schedule entered in the previous page:

The system displays the following fields in the “WO Information” group box:

Generate WO? |
Indicates whether a work order will be generated for the calibration schedule. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”. |

WO Task/Proc. |
Indicates whether a task or a standard procedure must be performed as a part of the work order. The system displays either “Task” or “SP”. |

Code |
The task or the standard procedure that must be performed as a part of the work order. |
|
WO Type |
The type of the work order. |
|
WO Category |
The category of the work order. |
|
WO Priority |
The priority of the work order. |
|
Clearance |
Indicates whether clearance is required form special authorities for carrying out the calibration. |

Permit Type |
The type of the permit that must be created for carrying out the calibration order. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

The login ID of the user who created the calibration schedule. |

Created Date |
The date and time at which the calibration schedule was created. |

Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the calibration schedule. |

Last Modified Date |
The date and time at which the calibration was last modified. |
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “Interval Schedules” link at the bottom of the page to view the interval schedules that have already been defined for the calibration schedule.
Select the “Fixed Schedules” link at the bottom of the page to view the fixed schedules that have already been defined for the calibration schedule.
Select the “Off-Seasonal” link from the bottom of the page to view the period for which calibration need not be carried out.

You can view the following details of the work orders that are raised for carrying out the calibration:
The type, priority, category and status of the work order
Whether clearance from production is required for carrying out the work order
The type of the clearance that is required for carrying out the work order
