Move Equipment – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to record the movement of equipment from one location to another or from one parent to another. The equipment can be moved from one location and / or from one parent to another during its lifetime. Such movements are recorded with details such as the date and time of movement, the parent equipment to which the equipment is moved, the location to which the equipment is moved, and the condition of the equipment after it is moved. The movement of equipment is recorded so as to keep track of the equipment. It is also used for updating the parameter values from the new parent equipment, if need be.
