Creating a specification template – An overview
You can define a specification template by defining a unique combination of classification and sub-classification codes. Parameters, task types and categories are also attached to the template. When the specification template is attached to the equipment, all the properties that are defined for the template is inherited by the equipment.
The system creates the specification template and stores the login ID of the user who has created the template along with the date and time of creation.
Attach parameters, tasks and procedure categories to the specification template
Attach parameters, tasks and procedure categories to the specification template
Enter the parameter to be attached to the specification template, in the “Parameter” field in the “Parameter” multiline.
Specify whether you wish to attach a task or procedure category to the specification template, in the “Task/ / SP Category” field.
Enter the code identifying the task or procedure category, in the “Code” field in the “Task / SP Categories” multiline.
