Equipment Place Holder Details

In this page, you can view the placeholders that have been defined for the equipment selected in the main page. Tell me more.
Select the “Place Holder Details” link from the bottom of the “View Equipment” page.
The “Equipment Place Holder Details” page appears.
Enter the following field if you wish to view placeholders for equipment other than the equipment selected in the main page:

The equipment for which you wish to define placeholders (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Press <Enter>. The textual description of the equipment is displayed alongside |

The system displays the following field:

Type |
The type of the equipment, which can be “Normal”, “Tool” or “Rotable”. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Placeholder” multiline:

Placeholder |
The placeholder defined for the equipment. |

Desc. |
The textual description of the placeholder. |
|
Installation Date |
The date on which the placeholder is installed. |
|
Item |
The item number of the placeholder. |
|
Variant |
The variant of the rotable that can be attached to the placeholder. |
|
Daily Run Hrs. |
The estimated average run hours per day for the rotable. |
|
Status |
The status of the placeholder, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |

Rotable |
The rotable that is attached to the placeholder. |
|
Move Date |
The date on which the rotable was attached to the placeholder. |
|
Move Time |
The time at which the rotable is attached to the placeholder. |
|
Remarks |
Any additional information about the placeholder. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

The log – in ID of the user who created the equipment. |

Created Date |
The date and time on which the equipment was created. |
|
Last Modified By |
The log – in ID of the user who last modified the equipment. |

Last Modified Date |
The date and time on which the equipment was last modified. |
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “PlaceHolder History” link from the bottom of the page to view the rotable movement of the placeholders attached to the equipment.
Select the “Equipment Hierarchy” link from the bottom of the page to view the hierarchy of the equipment.
Viewing placeholders defined for the equipment – An overview
A placeholder refers to a specific area or location on the equipment, which can serve as a “seat” for the rotable equipment. You can view the placeholders that have been defined for the equipment selected in the main page. You can also directly enter equipment other than the equipment selected in the main page, and view the placeholders defined for it. Details of the placeholders such as the description, status, the installation date of the placeholder, the rotable that is attached to the placeholder, the date and time on which the rotable was attached and the number of hours the rotable can be put to operation are displayed. You can also view the item number and the variant of the rotable that is attached to the placeholder and any additional information about the placeholders.
