Setting filter criteria for selectively retrieving information in the “Work Planning Folders” page
This page allows you to set filter criteria for selectively retrieving information in the “Work Planning Folders” page. Filters can be set for retrieving work order, work request, work log, pending jobs list and preventive maintenance schedule details.
Select the “Filter Settings” link at the bottom of the “Work Planning Folders” page.
The “Set Filters” page appears.
Select the “Filters For Work Log” tab to set filters for retrieving work log details.
Select the “Filters For Work Request” tab to set filters for retrieving work request details.
Select the “Filters For Pending Jobs List” tab to set filters for retrieving pending jobs list.
Select the “Filters For Work Order” tab to set the filters for retrieving work order details.
Select the “Filters For PM” tab to set the filters for retrieving preventive maintenance information.
