This page allows you to select the forecast for which review must be done. Tell me more.
Select the “Review PM Forecast” link under the “Preventive Maintenance” business component.
The “Select PM Forecast Review” page appears.
Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box if you are aware of the forecast to be reviewed:

Forecast Review No. |
The forecast number to be reviewed (Alphanumeric, 18). |
Click the “Review PM Forecast” link provided alongside, to review the forecast that is done.
To search for a forecast review number
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to select the forecast to be reviewed:

Forecast Review No. |
The number of the forecast to be reviewed (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the forecast number in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all forecast numbers that are similar to the number entered here. |

Desc. |
The description of the forecast that is done (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all forecasts whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here. |
Enter the following fields in the “Forecast Review Date” field to retrieve the forecasts that are done during a specified period:

From |
The starting date from which you wish to retrieve the forecasts that is done (Date Format). |

To |
The date till which you wish to retrieve the forecasts that are done (Date Format). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to search for the forecasts.
Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves in the “Search Results” multiline, the details of the forecasts that are done during the specified period:

The date on which the forecast was done. |
Click the hyperlinked forecast review number in the multiline to review the forecast.
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the forecast to view the spare parts requirements of the preventive maintenance.
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “Spare Parts Requirements” link at the bottom of the page to view the spare parts that are required for carrying out the preventive maintenance during the forecast period of the selected forecast.
Select the "Skill Requirement" link from the bottom of the page to review the details of a forecast that is already done.

This page allows you to select the forecast for which review must be done. Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the details of the forecast review that is done during the specific period.
