Edit Inspection Schedule Template – A summary of the activity

Modify an inspection schedule template

You can modify an inspection schedule template that is already defined.

• Use the “Inspection Schedule Template” page to edit the details of the inspection schedule template.

Modify the interval schedules of the inspection schedule template

You can  modify the interval-based schedules of the inspection schedule template that you have already created. Interval schedules are performed at regular intervals. Based on the last inspection order generated, the schedule automatically computes the next due date/value by adding the interval specified.

• Use the “Inspection Schedule Template _Interval Schedules” page to modify the interval-based schedules.

Modify the fixed schedules of the inspection schedule

You can modify the fixed schedules of the inspection schedule that you have already created. Fixed schedules are used for carrying out one-time inspection on a specific date or parameter value.

• Use the “Inspection Schedule Template – Fixed Schedules” page, to modify the fixed based schedules.

Modify the off-season that is defined for the template

You can redefine the period for which inspection need not be carried out on the equipment/location.
