Priority

The priority or the level of importance of the inspection schedule.

Inspection On

The maintainable object on which the inspection must be done. The system displays either “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The identifier of the equipment or location for which inspection schedule is generated.

 

The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the inspection.

Duration (Hrs.)

The number of hours required for the execution of the inspection.

Lead Time (Days)

The lead-time, in days, required for carrying out the inspection.

Type

The type of the inspection.

Category

The category of the inspection.

Execution Agency

The agency which must execute the inspection. The system displays any one of the following:

 
  • Internal – Indicates that the agency that must execute the inspection is within the plant.

 
  • External – Indicates that the agency that must execute the inspection is an outside agency.

Clearance

Indicates whether clearance is required for carrying out the inspection. The system displays “Required” or “Not Required”.

Permit Type

The type of the permit that must be raised for the inspection.

Eqp. Condition

The condition of the equipment based on which the inspection must be carried out. The system displays any one of the following:

 
  • Online – Indicates that the task must be performed on the equipment when the equipment is in operation.

 
  • Offline – Indicates that the task must be performed on the equipment when the equipment is not in operation, or is in the “Down” state.

 
  • Not Applicable – Indicates that this task can be performed on equipment when it is either offline or online. Also indicates that the task can be performed on a location.

IS Template

The inspection schedule template based on which the schedule is created.

 

The description of the inspection schedule template is displayed alongside.

Can Template Update This Sch.?

Indicates whether the inspection schedule can be modified based on any change that has been made on the template from which the schedule has been created. The system displays “Yes” or “No”.

The system displays the following fields in the “Inspection Check List” multiline:

Parameter

The parameter for which inspection must be done.

Inspection Point

The inspection point on the equipment or location where inspection must be carried out.

Task / Proc. Code

Indicates whether a task or procedure must be carried out for the inspection.

Task / Proc. ?

Indicates whether the code displayed in the “Task/Proc. Code” field is a task or a procedure.

Spl. Tool

The tool that is required for carrying out the inspection.

Remarks

Any additional information about the inspection that must be done.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the inspection schedule.

Created Date

The date and time at which the inspection schedule was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the inspection schedule.

Last Modified Date

The date and time at which the inspection was last modified.
