Component Master– A summary of the activity

This activity allows you define the components of sales and lease. The constituents of a payment schedule (in the case of property sales) / bills (in the case of property and mall lease) whose value is arrived using the property area are termed as components. The purpose for a component can be sales, mall lease or corporate lease. You can also specify the weightage of the component codes through this activity.
