Component Master
This activity allows you to define the components of sales and lease. The constituents of a payment schedule (in the case of property sales) / bills (in the case of property and mall lease) whose value is arrived using the property area / leased area are termed as components. The purpose for a component can be sales, mall lease or corporate lease. The purpose of the component once defined cannot be changed. Plan and Non Plan are the two types of components. Non -Plan components do not affect the sale value and for such components pay plan code mapping is not mandatory. The weightage for the components can be specified in the “Specify Weightage” page. If service tax needs to be computed during adjustment/debit note generation based on the weightage set, Usage ID (Taxable/Non-Taxable) needs to be specified. Else, only account code need to be mapped for sales components.
