Scheme Master– A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to create multiple schemes  for a company of type sales, malls or commercial. Each scheme is associated with a company and finance book. In this page, you can specify the property and workflow details. A property is identified with a unique (within the scheme) combination of property number – floor – block – tower & unit combination. Property number is not mandatory for a commercial scheme.

Only pay plan(s) whose pay plan type is mapped to the scheme can be mapped to components/rebates/charges & deposits under the scheme. For a sales scheme, you can map the sales or service billing. Similarly, for a mall/commercial scheme, purpose can be leasing or service billing. Only the users mapped to the scheme-purpose combination are allowed to transact in those respective modules with the scheme. Once saved, you are not allowed to delete a property. You can use “Delete Properties” activity to delete a property.
