Task Bill of Quantity

This page allows you to enter the project or subproject code and retrieve the project/sub project details. Use can also select the task group, task and work area and search. You can view the material requirement and resource requirements for the given project / sub project code.
Select the Bill of Quantity link at the bottom of "Project - Task Mapping" page.
The Task Bill of Quantity page appears.
The system displays the following details in the group box:

Status |
The status of the project. The status of the project can be Shortclosed, Closed, Deleted, Approved, Inprogress. |
Enter the following details in the group box:

Proj./Sub Proj. Code |
The unique code identifying the project or sub project. (Alphanumeric, 70). Mandatory On press of the Enter key the system retrieves the project details according to the project code entered here. |

Proj./Sub Proj. Name |
The name of the project or subproject. |

Revision No. |
The unique number identifying the revision. |
|
Parent Project Code |
The unique code identifying the parent project. |

Parent Project Name |
The name of the parent project. |

Revision No. |
The unique number identifying the revision. |
Enter the following details in the group box:

Task Group |
Use the drop-down list box to select the task group. The task groups defined in the Project - Task Mapping page gets populated here. |

Task |
Use the drop-down list box to select the task. The values defined in the Task Mapping tab get populated. |

Work Area |
Use the drop-down list box to select the work area. The work area defined in the Project-Task Mapping page gets populated here. |

Task's Output Quantity |
The task's total output quantity. |

Task Description |
The descriptive information of the task. |
There are two tabs displayed namely Material Requirements tab and Resource Requirement tab.
To proceed, carry out the following:
Select the Project BOM link at the bottom of the page to specify the project BOM details.
Select the Project Task Mapping link at the bottom of the page to specify the project task mapping
details.
Select the Task Summary link at the bottom of the page to specify the task summary details.
