Maintain Project Requirement Specifications
This screen allows you to map tasks to a project. Material requirements and resource requirements for the execution of a task particular to the project are maintained. When a new task is created in this page, it is updated in the "Maintain Task also. Changes made to tasks from this screen are project specific and not updated in the Task Masters.
Select the Maintain Project Requirement Specifications link under the Project Detailing business component.
The Maintain Project Requirement Specification page appears.
Enter the following details in the header:
Proj. / Sub Proj. Code |
The unique code identifying the project or sub project. On press of the Enter key the system retrieves the project details according to the project code entered here. |

Note: On ENTER of Project Code; the system fetches only those tasks from Task Mapping, which are not mapped as complementary task.
The system displays the following details in the header.
Proj. /Sub Proj. Name |
The name of the project or subproject. |
Status |
The status of the project. The status of the project can be Short Closed, Closed, Deleted, Approved, Fresh, Draft, Under Revision . |
Revision No. |
The revision number of the project. |
Checklist Mandatory at |
Use the drop-down list box to specify if the checklist is mandatory at Project Level or not. The combo is loaded with “None” and “Project”. The system displays “None” by default on launch of the page. |
Note: If the option is set as Project, Project Progress Reporting (PPR) can be authorized only when the Document level checklist is in Confirmed status.
If the option is set as None, Project Progress Reporting (PPR) can be authorized with our without checklist details.
The system displays the following details in the “Scheme Details” group box.
