Applicable Components and Pay Plans

Basic of using ramco enterprise series web page

Using On Line Help

This page allows you to specify the components and pay plans of sales which are mapped to a particular UOM or for a particular floor/tower/block & unit. You can specify whether interest is included or not if applicable. If debit notes need to be generated at the time of adjustment, the “Post to FB” flag needs to be set as yes. The interest is booked in a separate a/c code and the date effectivity for rate is also supported. For bookings beyond completion date, you can specify whether service tax is applicable or not for principal and interest portion.
