Maintain Subcontract Issue - Parent Item – A Summary of the Activity

This activity allows you to maintain the subcontract issues for the parent item. Subcontracting Process means outsourcing the requirements to the Supplier (Subcontractor) due to lack of Infrastructure, Manufacturing Constraints and Cost Reduction.. This activity allows you to issue the parent item to the subcontractor (Supplier) either the full quantity or even partially.

This activity also permits the user to search and select the subcontract order (SCO) details pertaining to the parent item. The quantity, which is to be issued to the subcontractor, can be edited based on the physical availability of the parent item.

This activity also allows you to update, authorize or delete the selected subcontract issue of the parent item.
