Specify Schedule And Usage Details
This page allows you to schedule the delivery of the line items in the SCR document. Tell me more
Select the “Specify Schedule & Usage Details” link at the bottom of the "Create Subcontract Request" page.

The system displays the following:

A Unique code identifying the Subcontract Request |
Enter the following:

Line No. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the line number of the item in the SCR document. |
The system displays the following:

Item Code |
The unique code identifying the line item in the SCR. |
|
Variant Code |
The variant of the item which gives standard specification details of the item |
|
Desc. |
The textual description of the item or Item Variant. In case of Adhoc Items the description serves as an identifier. |
|
Receipt At |
The organization unit where the items are received |
|
Required Qty. |
The quantity of items you require of the line item |
|
UOM |
The unit of measurement of the item in which it is subcontracted |
Enter the following in the “Default Entries” group box:

Schedule Qty. |
The required quantity of the line item in the scheduled date (Numeric) The quantity should be greater than zero |
Note: The the quantity cannot be reduced to zero. The sum of all the schedule quantity must be equal to the Requested quantity.

Need Date |
The date on which you requires the items. (Date Format). The “Need Date” should be greater than the “SCR Date”. |
Note: The “Need Date” cannot be different from the need date specified in the SCR document if the schedule type is “Single”.

Warehouse Code |
The code identifying the warehouse where the item needs to be stored on receipt (Alphanumeric, 10). This should be blank if the “Subcontract Type” is “Service”. |

CC Usage |
Use the drop-down list box to select the cost center usage. Displays all the valid CC usages defined under the purchase cost center definition. “Blank” is set as the default value. This cannot be “Blank” if the item is of type “Adhoc Item Class”. This cannot be “Blank” if Subcontract type is “Service” |

AC usage |
Use the drop-down list box to select the Account Code to which the Items in the SCR are to be mapped. The drop down is populated with all the account codes that are mapped to the finance books mapped to the receipt OUs mapped to the login OU. Displays all the valid AC usages for the SCR along with “Blank” option. “Blank” is set as the default value |

Analysis Code |
The unique code, which categorizes the expenses incurred in the SCR (Alphanumeric, 5). The analysis code is mapped to the Account code identified by the Account Rule Definition/ Account Usage. Analysis code should exist and be effective and active on the transaction date |

Sub Analysis Code |
The unique code identifying the sub category within the analysis code (Alphanumeric, 5). |

Schedule No. |
The Unique identification number of the Schedule. |
Enter the following:

Schedule Qty. |
The quantity for which the schedule is created. (Integer). Mandatory. |

Need Date |
The date on which you require the quantity of the subcontracted item (Date Format). Mandatory. The need date must be greater than or equal to the current date and the SCR date. |

Warehouse |
The code identifying the warehouse where the subcontracted items are stored on receipt. |

Accounting Unit |
Accounting Unit is the finance book, which contains various accounts into which the financial entries pertaining to the transactions are maintained. The drop down is populated with all the finance books that are mapped to the Receipt OUs that are mapped to the SCR Login OU and are in active status on the SCR date. |

CC Usage |
Use the drop-down box to select the Cost Center name from which the items in the SCR have been requested. It is populated with all the CC usages defined under the Purchase cost center definition. This cannot be “Blank” if the item is of type “Adhoc Item Class”. This cannot be “Blank” if Subcontract type is “Service” |

AC Usage |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the Account Usage, which points to an Account Code where the financial postings will be done. The corresponding Account Code for the selected Account Usage would have been defined in the “Account Rule Definition” component in Finance. These account codes are mapped to the finance books mapped to the Receipt OUs mapped to the login OU. “Blank” is set as the default value. This cannot be “Blank” if “Adhoc Item Class” has any value other than “None”. |

Analysis Code |
The analysis code mapped to the Account code identified by the Account Rule Definition/ Account Usage. It is used for analysis purposes. (Alphanumeric, 5) |

Sub Analysis Code |
The code/identifier of the Sub Analysis, which is a part of the Analysis code (Alphanumeric, 5) |
Click the “Specify Schedule and Usage” pushbutton save the schedule details or Click the “Approve SCR” pushbutton to save and approve the schedule details.
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “View Warehouse Details” link at the bottom of the page toview the warehouse details.
Select the “Specify Receipt List” link at the bottom of the page to specify the list of items to be received from the supplier for the subcontract item
Select the “Specify Issue List ” link at the bottom of the page to specify the items to be issued for the subcontract item
Select the “Specify Inclusion/Exclusion List” at the bottom of the page to specify the items that you will necessarily provide or exclude to the subcontractor for the subcontract item.
Select the “Specify Quality Attributes” link at the bottom of the page to specify quality Attributes
Specify Schedule & Usage Details – An overview
The page displays all the subcontract details such as the subcontract number, amendment number, and type of SCR.. On giving the SCR line number, the system displays all the item details such as the item code, variant of the item, description of the item, supplier code and the supplier name and the organization unit where the item is to be received. You can distribute the quantity into various schedules by giving various need dates and warehouse where the parts has to be delivered. If it is a single schedule for a SCR line, the items are delivered all at a time on the need date specified. If it is staggered schedule, the items are delivered in parts on different need dates. The staggered delivery can happen in any time intervals. The Warehouse or the CC Usages are specified against each Schedule. The Warehouse Code has to be blank in case of Service items or Adhoc Item Class other than “None” . The required quantity cannot be reduced to zero. The sum of the schedule quantities must be equal to the Requested quantity.
You can approve the SCR in the page if it does not contain any quality specification.
