Authorize Subcontracting Issue – A Summary of the Activity

This activity allows you to select and authorize subcontracting issue transaction. The subcontracting issue details are recorded based on the subcontracting order. The subcontracting order is the reference document for the creation and maintenance of the issue transaction. Subcontracting issues are used to issue items, such as raw materials, tools and other resources from the warehouse to various plants on subcontract for the manufacture of finished goods. The subcontracting issue transaction can be authorized only if the user has the requisite “Authorize” permission.  This activity allows you to authorize as well as to return the document. Documents with status as “active “ only can be authorized or returned back.

Do the changes as per Create & authorize in addition to the changes done.

The “Select Subcontracting Issue” page allows you to search and select the subcontracting issue transaction for authorization. The “Authorize Subcontracting Issue” page allows you to authorize the subcontracting issue transaction. The ”View Lot Details” page allows you to view the lot related information. The “View Starting Serial Details” page allows you to view the serial number information. The “Financial Information” page allows you to view the financial details of the subcontracting issue. The “View Item Substitute” page allows you to view the item substitutes. The “Stock Status Review” page allows you to inquire the stock status information. The “Disposition Review” page allows you to inquire the disposition. The “View Warehouse Details” page allows you to view information on the warehouse from where the items are issued.
