Activate / Inactivate Storage Information – A Summary of the Activity

This activity allows you to activate / inactivate a warehouse. A warehouse can be inactivated only when the zones and bins associated to it do not contain any stock. When the warehouse is inactivated, all the zones and bins defined under the warehouse automatically gets inactivated. If a warehouse is specified as a standard warehouse in the item component then that warehouse cannot be inactivated.

In the “Activate / Inactivate Warehouse” page you can search and select a warehouse for activation / inactivation.  The “Activate / Inactivate Zone” page allows you to activate / inactivate a zone under a warehouse. The “Activate / Inactivate Bin” page allows you to activate / inactivate a bin under a zone.
