Activate / Inactivate Customer Group – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to activate and inactivate a customer group. When a customer group is inactivated the status gets updated to “Inactive”, which indicates the temporary suspension of the customer group from making any further transactions. The deactivated customer group can be activated. Multiple customer groups can be activated or inactivated based on the search criteria.   

You can specify the customer group code for inactivating the customer group. This activity also permits you to specify the reason code for inactivating or activating the customer group.
