This activity allows you to view the forecast consumption details. Tell me more
Select the “Track Forecast Consumption” link under the “Demand Planning“ business component.
The “Track Forecast Consumption” page appears.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Doc. No. |
The number identifying the document that indicates the sale order number consumed by forecast. If document number is specified, then the system retrieves all sale orders both consumed and unconsumed. |

Item Code |
The code identifying the item for which forecast consumption details are displayed. If item code is specified, then planning group should be left blank and all the sale order for which demands are raised for the specified item is retrieved. If document number is also specified along with the item code, then the system retrieves the sales orders for the combination of document number and item number. |

Plg. Group |
The code identifying the planning group for which forecast consumption details are displayed. If planning group is specified, then item code should be left blank and all the sale order for which demands are raised for the specified planning group is retrieved. If document number is also specified along with the planning group, then the system retrieves the sales orders for the combination of document no and planning group. |

Forecast Group |
The code identifying the forecast group for which forecast consumption details are displayed. If forecast group is specified, then the system retrieves all the document numbers for which this forecast group is consumed. |

Forecast Ref. |
The code or number identifying the forecast reference for which forecast consumption details are displayed. |

View Over Consumption |
Select the checkbox to retrieve the forecast group/forecast ref for which demands are not consumed. The system leaves the box “Unchecked” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results that match the search criteria in the multiline.
The system displays the following in the multiline:

The number identifying the document i.e. sales order. |

The type of document identified as sale order. |

Line No. |
The unique number identifying the item attached to the document number. |

Doc. Qty. |
The sale order quantity. |

The type of the item. |

The description of the item. |
|
Consumed Qty. |
The quantity consumed by the sale order against forecast reference. |

Forecast Ref. |
The reference number identifying the forecast defined. |

Forecast Date |
The date on which the forecast was created. |

Forecast Type |
The type of the forecast. |
|
Forecast Group |
The code identifying the forecast created. |

The login ID of the user who created the forecast consumption. |

Created Date |
The date on which the forecast consumption was created. |

Edited By |
The login ID of the user who modified the forecast consumption. |

Edited Date |
The date on which the forecast consumption was modified. |
