This page allows the user to view the customer details. Tell me more.

The “Customer Dashboard”  page appears.

Customer Code

The code identifying the customer (Alphanumeric, 18). Mandatory.

 

Press <Enter> key.

 

The system checks for the validity of the entered customer code. The system populates the address id list box with the ids that are mapped to that corresponding customer code.

 

Help facility available.

The system displays the following details in the” Customer” header:

Customer Name

The name identifying the customer.

Status

The status of the Customer.

Customer Type

The code identifying the type of the customer

Industry

The code identifying the industry to which the customer belongs.

Reference Customer

The code identifying the reference customer.

Address ID

Use the drop-down list box to select the address id (Alphanumeric, 12). Mandatory.

 

Press <Enter> key.

 

The system checks for the validity of the entered customer code.

 The system displays the following details in the group box:

Address Line 1

The first line of the address of the customer.

Address Line 2

The second line of the address of the customer.

Address Line 3

The third line of the address of the customer.

City

The name of the city.

State

The name of the state.

Zip Code

The zip code of the above address.

ISO Country Code

The code identifying the name of the country.

Phone

The phone number of the customer.

Fax

The fax number of the customer.

URL

The uniform resource locator (URL) for the email id.

The system displays the following details “Contacts” multiline:

Contact ID

The code identifying the contact.

Customer Name

The name identifying the last name of the contact.

First Name

The name identifying the first name of the contact.

Department

The code identifying the department to which the contact belongs.

Phone

The phone number of the contact.

Mobile

The mobile number of the contact.

E-Mail

The email address of the contact.

Fax

The fax number of the contact.

The system displays the following details “Activities” multiline:

Activity Type

The code identifying the type of the activity.

Date

The date on which this activity was created.

 

Data hyperlink available.

Start Time

The time when the activity commenced.

Duration [H]

The number identifying the duration of the activity in hours.

Subject

The subject to be discussed during the activity.

Status

The status of the activity.

Sales Person

The code identifying the sales person.

Project Code

The code identifying the project.

Opportunity Desc.

A textual description of the opportunity.

The system displays the following details “opportunities” multiline:

Opportunity Id

The code identifying the opportunity .

A textual description of the opportunity.

Sales Type

The code identifying the type of sales.

Expected Order Date

The date on which the order is expected.

Estimated Start Date

The estimated start date of the project.

Estimated End Date

The estimated end date of the project.

Amount

The number identifying the amount of the project.

Status

The status of the project.

The system displays the following details “Quotations” multiline:

Quotation No.

The code identifying the quotation.

 

Data hyperlink available.

Opportunity ID

The code identifying the opportunity

Opportunity Desc.

A textual description of the opportunity.

Date

The date on which the quotation was prepared

Valid Till

The date till which the quotation is valid.

Expected Order Date

The date on which the order is expected.

Currency

The currency applicable for the quotation.

Total Value

The total value of the project mentioned in the quotation.

Success Probability

The probability of success for receiving the order.

Status

The status of the quotation.

Proposal No

A unique number identifying the proposal associated with the project.

Project Code

A unique code identifying the project referring the proposal.

Project Desc

The detailed description of project.

Project OU

A unique number identifying OU (Organization Unit) in which the project has been created.

Customer Dashboard – An overview

Activity overview

This page contains various tabs and tab information is as follows:

Contact Tab:  This tab displays all the information about the customer such as Name, Department and other contact details for the specified address id.

Activities Tab:  This tab displays all the details of the customer activities such as the Date, Type of the Activity, the duration and the status of the Activity. This tab also allows the user to create a new Activity.

Opportunities Tab: This tab displays the opportunity details such as the id of the opportunity, the type of sales, expected date of the order, the duration and the status of the opportunity. This tab also allows the user to create a new opportunity.

Quotations Tab: this tab displays the quotation details such as quotation number, the value of the order, status of the order and the probability of success of the project. This tab also allows the user to create a new Quotation.

This page also allows the user create Customer Contacts and Modify Customer Contacts.
