This page allows the user to view the customer details. Tell me more.
Select the “Customer Dashboard” link under the “Lead Management” business component.
The “Customer Dashboard” page appears.
Enter the following details in the “Customer” header:

Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer (Alphanumeric, 18). Mandatory. |

Press <Enter> key. |

The system checks for the validity of the entered customer code. The system populates the address id list box with the ids that are mapped to that corresponding customer code. |

The system displays the following details in the” Customer” header:

Customer Name |
The name identifying the customer. |

Status |
The status of the Customer. |
|
Customer Type |
The code identifying the type of the customer |
|
Industry |
The code identifying the industry to which the customer belongs. |

Reference Customer |
The code identifying the reference customer. |
Enter the following details in the group box:

Address ID |
Use the drop-down list box to select the address id (Alphanumeric, 12). Mandatory. |

Click the “Contacts” tab on the “Customer Dashboard” page to view the contact details.
The system displays the following details “Contacts” multiline:

The name identifying the last name of the contact. |

First Name |
The name identifying the first name of the contact. |

Department |
The code identifying the department to which the contact belongs. |

Phone |

Select the “Specify Additional Details” link at the bottom of the “Contacts” tab to specify any additional details for the contact.
Select the “Create Activity” link at bottom of the “Contacts” tab to add any new activities.
Click the “Activities” tab on the “Customer Dashboard” page to view the activities details.
The system displays the following details “Activities” multiline:

Select the “Edit Quotation” link at the bottom of the “Quotation” tab to modify quotation details.
Select the “Authorise Quotation” link at the bottom of the “Quotation” tab to authorize quotation details.
Select the “Amend Quotation” link at the bottom of the “Quotation” tab to amend quotation details.
To proceed, carry out the following:
Select the “Create Customer” link at the bottom of the page to create New customer.
Select the “Edit Customer ” link at the bottom of the page to modify the details of already existing customer.
Select the “Additional Information” link at the bottom of the page to view the “Additional Customer Information” details.
Select the “Create Customer Contacts” link at the bottom of the page to create New customer contact details for the Customer.
Select the “Edit Customer Contacts” link at the bottom of the page to modify customer contact details.
Customer Dashboard – An overview
This page contains various tabs and tab information is as follows:
Contact Tab: This tab displays all the information about the customer such as Name, Department and other contact details for the specified address id.
Activities Tab: This tab displays all the details of the customer activities such as the Date, Type of the Activity, the duration and the status of the Activity. This tab also allows the user to create a new Activity.
Opportunities Tab: This tab displays the opportunity details such as the id of the opportunity, the type of sales, expected date of the order, the duration and the status of the opportunity. This tab also allows the user to create a new opportunity.
Quotations Tab: this tab displays the quotation details such as quotation number, the value of the order, status of the order and the probability of success of the project. This tab also allows the user to create a new Quotation.
This page also allows the user create Customer Contacts and Modify Customer Contacts.
