Amend Contract – A Summary of the activity

This activity allows you to search and select a contract for making changes. You can carry out a search process for selecting the contract for which the details are to be modified. Only those contracts that are in “Authorized” or “Amended” status are populated in the multiline.

Changes to the details of the agreement and Blanket sale order can be made using this page. The amendment number is generated automatically on submission of all the details in the page. The system saves the details only if the order status prior to amendment is "Authorized". The status is updated to “Under Amendment”.
