View RCCP Exceptions – A summary of the activity

You can view rough-cut capacity planning exceptions for the selected planning group/item. You can search and retrieve the resource details for the selected planning group/item. The exceptions are displayed for each of the critical resource in the multiline. The exceptions can be viewed for the critical resources as defined in the bill of resource. You can specify the validity dates between which the exceptions are to be viewed along with the corresponding control unit (Material/Production Planner). The overload and under load percentages on the resources are either defaulted by the system or you can specify the over load or under load percentage. Based on the specified percentage, the related exceptions can be viewed in the multiline for each of the resource. Therefore, you can view the exceptions on each critical resource are as follows:

4 Over Load % - all the resources of the bill of resources for planning group/item/contriol unit, with overload % greater than the over load percentage specified in the header are retrieved.

4 Under Load % - all the resources of the bill of resources for planning group/item/control unit , with underload % less than the under load percentage specified in the header are retrieved.
