Specify Links

This page allows you to define the help properties for the control. You can define the help icon to the header and multiline controls.

Click the icon present in the “Design Help” field of the "Select ILBO" page.

The “Specify Links” page appears.

The system displays the following in the header.

Component Description	The name of the component.
Component Name	The description of the component name.
Activity Description	The name of the activity.
Activity Name	The description of the activity name.
ILBO Description	The name of the ilbo.
ILBO Code	The description of the ilbo name.

Enter the following details in the header:

Description

Use the drop-down list box to select the page name for specifying the help screen properties. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in the “Masters”.

The system displays the following in the header.

Page Name

The name of the page.

Enter the following details in the header:

Section Description

Use the drop-down list box to select the section name for specifying the help screen properties. The combo is loaded with all section names defined for the selected page name.

The system displays the following in the header.

Section Name

The name of the section.

Based on the selected Section Name the system displays the following in the “Section Layout” multiline.

Control Name	The defined control names of the section.
Caption	The caption name of the control.
Control Type	The type of control.
Row No.	The position of the control in row wise.
Col No	The position of the control in column wise.
Seq. No.	The sequence number of the column.
Links

The Specify Links page has 2 tabs.

Tab: Add Help

Enter the following details in the “Add Help” multiline:

Control Name

Use the drop-down list box to select the control name for specifying the help properties in the header. The combo is loaded with all controls defined for the ILBO.

Task Name

If the linked ILBO description is chosen and saved, the system generates the task name as datahyperlink.

Click the datahyperlink to publish / subscribe the task.

Linked ILBO Description

Use the drop-down list box to select the linked ILBO name for mapping the control help properties to the ILBO. The combo is loaded with all ILBO names defined across the components.

The system displays the following in the “Add Help” multiline.

Is EDK ILBO	Indicates Whether the ILBO is extended ILBO or not.
Linked Activity Description	The name of the linked activity.
Linked Component Description	The name of the linked component.
Linked ILBO Code	The description of the linked ILBO code.
Linked Activity Name	The description of the linked activity name.
Linked Component Name	The description of the linked component name.
View Name	The view name of the control.
Caption	The caption name of the control.
Section Name	The name of the section.

Click the “Save” button to save the details of help properties.

Tab: Add Link

Enter the following details in the “Added Link Task” multiline:

Link Task Name	Click the Data Hyperlinked Link Task Name to move to the “Resolve Links” page. Auto generated.
Link Description	The name of the link control.
Row No.	The position of the control in row wise.
Col No	The position of the control in column wise.
Linked ILBO Description	Use the drop-down list box to select the linked ILBO name for mapping the control help properties to the ILBO. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in the “Masters”.

The system displays the following in the “Added Link Task” multiline.

Is EDK ILBO	Indicates whether the ILBO is extended ILBO or not.
Linked Activity Description	The name of the linked activity.
Linked Component Description	The name of the linked component.
Linked ILBO Code	The description of the linked ILBO code.
Linked Activity Name	The description of the linked activity name.
