Select ILBO

This page allows you to create new ILBO details. You can define new component and activity details for designing user interface (UI). Through edit link, you can modify the details of component and activity name. For the created ILBO, you can define the state id details. Before designing the UI, extensions of ILBO code has to be downloaded. At each stage of designing, the status of the ILBO code will be changed to “Downloaded”, “Modified”, “Marked for Delete” and “Published”. You can modify or delete the UI and their extensions.

Select the “ILBO-X Designer” link under the “Plux” business component.

The “Select ILBO” page appears.

Select the following detail in the header:

Component Description

Use the drop-down list box to select the component description for selecting the ilbo code. The combo is loaded with “Administration Process(Admin)”, “Deployment Process(Deployment) and “Implementation Process(Implementation). The system displays “Administration Process(Admin)” by default on launch of the page.

The system displays the following in the header.

Component Name

The description of the component name.

Click the “Edit” link to modify the component details.
Select the following detail in the header:

Activity Description

Use the drop-down list box to select the activity description for selecting the ilbo code. The combo is loaded with all the activities which are mapped to the respective component. The system displays “Business Process Chain Definition” by default on launch of the page.

The system displays the following in the header.

Activity Name

The description of the activity name.

Click the “Edit” link to modify the activity details.

The system displays the following in the “ilbo grid” multiline.

ILBO Code

Click the Data Hyperlinked ILBO code to move to the “ILBO-X Designer” page.

Note: Before clicking the data hyperlink ensure that the ilbo code is downloaded with all extensions.

Design Help	Click the icon for designing the link screens for the particular ilbo.
Property	Click the icon for modifying the existing ilbo code properties.
ILBO Description	The description of the ilbo code.
Status	The status of the ilbo. The status can be “Downloaded”, “Modified”, “Marked for Delete” and “Published”.

Click the “Download” pushbutton to download the extensions for the ilbo code.

The system downloads the extensions available for the ilbo code and updates the status as “Downloaded”.

Click the “Delete Extensions” pushbutton to delete all the extensions available under the ilbo code.

The system deletes the extensions and updates the status of the ilbo code as “Marked for Delete”.

To proceed, carry out the following

Click the “Define Component” link to create a new component.
Click the “Define Activity” link to create a new activity.
Click the “Define ILBO” link to create a new ILBO code for the existing activity.
Click the “State Definition” link to define the state details for the ilbo.

To create a new component

Select the “Define Component” link at the bottom of the “Select ILBO” page to create a new component.

The “Component’ popup window appears.

Enter the following details:

Component Name	A unique name identifying the component to be created newly.
Component Desc.	The description of the component name.
Sequence No	The unique number identifying the sequence of the component name.
Prefix	The prefix name of the component.

The system displays the following details.

Base Artifact	The system indicates whether the component is base component or extension component.
Code Gen. Type	The type of code to be used in the generation of component.

Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the newly created component details.

The system saves the details and defaulted to the main page.

To create a new activity

Select the “Define Activity” link at the bottom of the “Select ILBO” page to create a new activity.

The “Activity” popup window appears.

The system displays the following details.

Component Name	The name of the component.
Component Base Artifact	Indicates whether the component is base component or not.
Activity ID	The unique identification number of the activity. Auto generated based on the previous activity id of the component.

Enter the following details:

Activity Name	The unique name identifying the activity to be created newly.
Activity Desc.	The description of the activity.
Activity Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the activity type. The combo is loaded with “User” and “System”. The system displays “User” by default on launch of the page.
Activity Position	The number that identifies the position of the activity.
Activity Sequence	The unique number identifying the sequence of the activity name.

The system displays the following details.

Base Artifact	The system indicates whether the activity is base activity or extension activity.
Code Gen. Type	The type of code to be used in the generation of activity.

Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the newly created activity details.

The system saves the details and defaulted to the main page.

To create a new ILBO

Select the “Define ILBO” link at the bottom of the “Select ILBO” page to create a new ilbo code.

The “ilbosec” popup window appears.

Enter the following details:

ILBO Code	The unique code identifying the ilbo name to be created newly.
ILBO Name	The ilbo name for creating the new ilbo.
Prefix	The prefix for ilbo name.
ILBO Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the ilbo type for creating the ilbo. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in the “Masters”. The system displays “Others” by default on launch of the page.

Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the newly created ilbo details.

The system saves the details and defaulted to the main page.
