Create Activity – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to create activities that are involved in production. You can create a standard or a non-standard activity. On specifying the activity, you can also assign already defined activity details to the new activity by retrieving the original activity details. You can also create activities for subcontracting and can specify the corresponding name of the supplier. The time details elaborate the setup, batch and actual processing time of the activity. You can indicate whether the activity is lot or serial number controlled. You can specify the resource attached to each activity. The related resource information is displayed in the multiline. Further, you can also specify the capacity requirements of the resource and the type of production reporting.
