Create Resource – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to create resource details. You can specify the resource to be created. The resource can be classified and differentiated according to its type. You can attach a resource calendar to each of the resource. The planning horizon and the bucketed information of the resource is displayed based on the department selected. You can specify the capacity details and can ascertain the time requirements on each resource. You can also specify whether costing is required for the selected resource and can associate it to the appropriate cost center.
