Amend Quotation – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to search and select quotations for modifying its details. Only those quotations that are in “Authorized” status are populated in the multiline. Only a single quotation is selected from the multiline for amending.

Based on the quotation number selected, the reference document and the customer details are retrieved. The amendment number is generated automatically on submission of all the details in the page. The status of the quotation is set to “Amended” on modification. The system stores the login user ID and the system date along with the authorized details.

This activity also facilitates you to modify additional details pertaining to quotation, the schedule details for the items to be shipped, TCD details for each line item, the TCD details for the whole document, the VAT details, the details of the price break based on the quantity of item ordered, the details of the promotions for the ordered items, the attribute details pertaining to each line item, and to modify important textual information related to Quotation before authorizing the quotation.
