Consumption Reversal – A summary of the activity

You can select the work order that requires consumption reversal. The corresponding details of the work order are displayed in the header and the multiline. Apart from the above display, you can enter the filter option and can retrieve those input items for each of the input item and the process plan sequence combination. The quantity specified can be reversed either for each of the item in the work order or for each input item and process plan sequence combination.

In the multiline, you can capture the reported quantity of the input items and to the extent of the reported item, the quantity of the item can be reverted. You can then specify the revised quantity that has to be consumed. Using this screen, you can reverse the quantity for all the input items for a work order or for specific input items and specific position sequence. Upon reversal, the system generates a new transaction number on the specified date independent of the transaction generated during consumption reporting of the input items. The screen provides you the link to modify the serial numbers of the selected input items of the work order.
