Introduction

Ramco’s shop floor reporting provides you a real time labor and production reporting, for on-line production visibility throughout the enterprise. Shop Floor Reporting helps in monitoring the progress of work orders and to ensure that planned production objectives have been met besides providing production visibility. This could be achieved by monitoring the different activities of work order. By providing the feedback on the actual quantity produced and time taken for any specific work order, necessary input / output controls can be adopted. This is an effective tool to monitor and control the manufacturing execution process in the order management cycle. All the activities, Resources and Employees or Labor (as per the routing or process plan), input and output items (as per the product structure) are tracked using this function.
