This page allows you to view the cost details of the plan. Tell me more.

The “View Cost Details” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Plan No.

The number of the plan for which cost details must be viewed.

 

The description of the plan is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

Sch. Start Date

The date on which the plan is scheduled to start.

Sch. Compl. Date

The date on which the plan is scheduled to end.

Est. Duration (Hrs.)

The number of hours required for carrying out the plan.

Est. Cost

The estimated cost of carrying out the plan.

Spent So Far

The amount that is already spent on carrying out the plan.

% Spent

The percentage of money spent on carrying out the plan.

The system displays the following fields in the “Cost Details” multiline:

Code

The equipment or location for which cost is viewed for carrying out the plan.

Maintenance On

The maintainable object for which the plan was created. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”.

Desc.

The description of the equipment or location.

Work Sch. From

The date on which the work on the plan is scheduled to start for the equipment or location.

To

The date until which the work on the plan is scheduled for the equipment or location.

No. Of WOs

The number of work orders that are raised for the equipment or location as a part of the plan.

Est. Cost

The estimated cost of carrying out the work orders on the equipment or location.

Spent So Far

The amount that is spent so far on the work orders.

% Spent

The percentage of money with respect to the estimated cost that is spent on the work orders.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the plan.

Created Date

The date and time at which the plan was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the plan.

Last Modified Date

The date and time at which the plan was last modified.

View Maintenance Plan - A summary of the activity

This page allows you to view the cost details of the plan. The system displays the details of the cost incurred on carrying out the activities on the equipment or location as a part of the plan. Details of the cost such as the estimated cost of carrying out the plan, the costs incurred till date on the plan and the percentage of cost spent is displayed.
