Operations Reporting - An overview
Introduction
Operations Reporting component is used for recording the work reporting details and generate invoice for the work reported.
Set Function Parameters – This activity allows you to define the system parameters of the Operations Reporting business component. The numbering type of work reporting, the service type and the receipt method for invoice are set in this activity
Maintain Work Reporting - This activity allows you to record the work reporting details. The actuals reported as against the tasks / services mentioned in the service contract is recorded in this activity. The actual quantity of the item and actual hours utilized are recorded in this activity.
Generate Invoice - This activity allows you to generate invoice for the work reported. Single invoice can be generated either for multiple work reporting or for one work reporting
