Create & Authorize Unplanned Issue – A Summary of the Activity

This activity allows you to record details of the items issued from a particular warehouse on emergency or unexpected circumstances. Unplanned issues are issues without proper reference documents, as these issues are made in cases of unexpected circumstances. So, it is not mandatory to specify a reference document for this type of issue. Unplanned issue also takes care of issue to a subcontractor with out a subcontracting order, however user has to choose the ref. doc. type as subcontract order and supplier as one of the valid suppliers for those particular items which are issued through this document.

Unplanned issue can be accessed through “Create & Authorize Unplanned Issue” activity. The system allows you to issue items in all the stock statuses defined for the unplanned issue transaction in stock status definition. The issue of the item / variant can be made in any unit of measurement and from any storage address within the warehouse. Each issue can contain multiple items. You are also provided with help facility for retrieving the item details, warehouse information and the transaction UOM. Unplanned issue can be authorized only if you have the requisite permission.
