Edit Maintenance Issue – A Summary of the Activity

This activity allows you to select, modify, authorize or delete the maintenance issue transaction. The maintenance issue details are recorded based on the maintenance work order or maintenance plan. The maintenance work order is the reference document for the creation of a maintenance issue transaction. Only users who have the requisite permission can authorize the maintenance issue transaction.

The “Select Maintenance Issue” page allows you to select the maintenance issue transaction for modification or deletion. The “Edit Maintenance Issue” page allows you to modify the transaction details of the maintenance issue. The “View Item Details” page allows you to view details of items. The “View Lot Details” page allows you to view lot related information. The “View Serial Details” page allows you to view the serial number information. The “Financial Information” page allows you to view the financial information of the maintenance issue. The “Stock Status Review” page allows you to inquire the warehouse stock information. The “Disposition Review” page allows you to inquire the disposition. The “View Item Substitute” page allows you to view the item substitutes. The “View Warehouse Details” page allows you to view information on the warehouse from where the items are issued.
