Edit Unplanned Issue – A Summary of the Activity

This activity allows you to select, modify, authorize or delete the unplanned issue transaction. Unplanned issues are issues of material from the warehouse on emergency or unexpected circumstances without proper reference documents. It is not mandatory to specify a reference document for this type of issue. The unplanned issue transaction can be authorized only if the user has the requisite permission. Unplanned issue also takes care of issue to a subcontractor with out a subcontracting order, however user has to choose the ref. doc. type as subcontract order and supplier as one of the valid suppliers for those particular items which are issued through this document.

The “Select Unplanned Issue” page allows you to select the unplanned issue transaction for modification or deletion. The “Edit Unplanned Issue” page allows you to modify the transaction details of the unplanned issue. The “View Item Details” page allows you to view details of items. The “View Lot Details” page allows you to view lot related information. The “View Serial Details” page allows you to view the serial number information. The “Financial Information” page allows you to modify the financial information for the unplanned issue. The “Stock Status Review” page allows you to inquire the warehouse stock information. The “Disposition Review” page allows you to inquire the disposition. The “Item Substitute” page allows you to view the item substitutes. The “View Warehouse Details” page allows you to view information on the warehouse from where the items are issued.
