The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order |
Duration (Hrs.) |
The number of hours required for the execution of the work order |
Eqp. Condition |
The condition of the equipment based on which the preventive maintenance must be carried out. The system displays any one of the following: |

Warehouse |
The warehouse that will be defaulted to the work orders that have been created for preventive maintenance. |
Item Status |
The status of the item, which belongs to the warehouse. |
Clearance |
Indicates whether clearance from specific authorities is required for carrying out the preventive maintenance. The system displays “Required” or “Not Required”. |
Permit Type |
The type of the permit required for carrying out the work order. |
PM Template |
If the schedule was created by a template, the system displays the number of the template. |
The description of the preventive maintenance template is displayed alongside. |
