This page allows you to view the transactions that must be carried out as a part of the plan. Tell me more.

The “View Transactions” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Plan No.

The number of the plan for which you wish to view the transactions.

 

The description of the plan is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

Calendar

The calendar of the plan as defined in “Microsoft Project”.

Sch. Start Date

The date on which the plan is scheduled to start.

Est. Duration (Hrs.)

The number of hours required for carrying out the plan.

Sch. Compl. Date

The date on which the plan is scheduled to end.

Plan Status

The status of the plan, which can be “Fresh”, “Confirmed” or “Closed”.

Plan Type

The type of the plan.

Plan Category

The category of the plan.

Apex Loc.

The location for which the cost incurred on the plan will be posted.

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the plan.

Est. Cost

The cost estimated for carrying out the plan.

The system displays the following fields in the “Transactions” multiline:

Transaction No.

The number of the work order, inspection order or calibration order that must be carried out as a part of the plan.

Transaction Type

The type of the transaction, which can be “Work Order”, “Inspection Order” or “Calibration Order:”

Desc.

The description of the transaction.

Trans On

The maintainable object on which the transaction has been raised. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The equipment or location for which the transaction has been raised.

Status

The status of the transaction.

Sch. Start Date

The date on which the transaction is scheduled to start.

Time

The time at which the transaction is scheduled to start.

Sch. Compl. Date

The date on which the transaction is scheduled to end.

Time

The time at which the transaction is scheduled to end.

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the transaction.

Supervisor

The login ID of the supervisor who is responsible for supervising the work carried out on the transaction.

Duration

The duration of the transaction.

Est. Cost

The cost estimated for carrying out the transaction.

Calendar

The calendar based on which the transaction is performed.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the plan.

Created Date

The date and time at which the plan was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the plan.

Last Modified Date

The date and time at which the plan was last modified.
