The work order for which actuals must be recorded (Alphanumeric, 18).

To search for a work order

WO No.

The work order for which actuals must be recorded (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the work order in full or specify it partially. The system displays all the work orders that are similar to the work order entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all work orders.

Desc.

The textual description of the work order (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system displays all the work orders whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all work orders.

WO Status

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve work orders based on its status. The system provides the options: “Scheduled”, “In-Progress”, “Deferred”, “Interrupted” and “Completed”. Leave the field blank, if you wish to retrieve work orders belonging to all statuses. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

WO On

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to retrieve work orders that are created on equipment or on location. The system provides the options: “Equipment” and “Location”. Leave the field blank to retrieve work orders that are created either on equipment or on location.

Code

The equipment or location for which you wish to retrieve the work orders that are created (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all work orders, created on equipment or location with codes similar to the code entered here.

Work Group

The work group which is responsible for carrying out the work order (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the work group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all work groups, which is similar to the work group entered here.

Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the work order to be retrieved. The system lists all the types that are defined in the “Define WO Types” activity and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank to retrieve all work orders irrespective of their type.

Category

Use the drop-down list box to specify the category of the work order to be retrieved. The system lists all the categories that have been defined in the “Define WO Categories” activity and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank to retrieve all work orders irrespective of the category to which it belongs.

Priority

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve work orders based on their priority. The system fills in all the priorities that have been defined in the “Define Priority“ activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component. Leave the field blank to retrieve all the work orders, irrespective of the priority attached to them.

Location

The location of the equipment for which you wish to retrieve all the work orders that have been created (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the location in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the equipment whose locations are similar to the location entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve work orders created in all locations.

Planning Group

The planning group of the work order (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the planning group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all planning groups, which are similar to the planning group entered here.

Root Cause Analysis Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the root cause analysis status. The combo is loaded with “Not Required”, “Required”, “Completed”, “In Progress” and “Open”. The system displays “Not Required” by default on launch of the page.

Ref. Doc. Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of document based on which the work order was created. The system provides the options: “Work Request”, “PM”, “Maint.Plan”, “Calib. Order”, “Inspec. Order” and “Work Log”. Leave the field blank to retrieve work orders created with reference to all the above document types. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

The number of the document based on which the work order was created (Alphanumeric, 18).

From

The date starting from which you wish to retrieve the work orders that are scheduled to start (Date Format).

To

The date till which you wish to retrieve the work orders that are scheduled to start (Date Format). Leave the field blank to retrieve all work orders that are created till the current date.

From

The date starting from which the work on the work order has started (Date Format).

To

The date till which the work on the work order has started (Date Format). Leave the field blank to retrieve all work orders that are started till the current date.

The system retrieves the results of the search criteria entered in the “Search Results” multiline:

The work order retrieved by the system.

Desc.

The description of the work order.

WO Status

The status of the work order, which can be “Scheduled”, “In-Progress”, “Deferred”, “Interrupted” and “Completed”.

WO On

The maintainable object on which the work order is raised. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The identifier of the equipment or location.

Sch. Start Date

The date on which the work on the work order was scheduled to start.

Actual Start Date

The date on which the work on the work order has actually started.

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order.

Planning Group

The planning group of the work order.

Type

The type of the work order.

Category

The category to which the work order belongs.

Priority

The priority of the work order.

This page allows you to select the work order for recording the details of its execution. You can directly enter the work order, if you are aware of the exact value. Otherwise you can select a work order by carrying out a search based on the following fields:

The system retrieves the work orders that are in the “Scheduled”, “Deferred”, “In-Progress”, “Interrupted”, “Deferred” and “Completed” statuses, based on the filter criteria entered.
