This page allows you to view the actuals of the parts that are utilized for the execution of the work order. Tell me more

The “View Parts Actuals” page appears.

WO No.

The work order for which you wish to view the parts that are utilized (Alphanumeric, 18).

 

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the work order. The description of the work order is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

The system displays the following field:

WO Status

The status of the work order.

 

The system fills in the “Actuals On” drop-down list box the tasks belonging to the work order and retrieves in the multiline the parts that are specified for the work order.

Actuals On

Use the drop-down list box and select “Work Order”, to view the parts that are utilized for the work order. If you wish to view the parts for the tasks belonging to the work order, select the appropriate task from the drop-down list box. The system displays “Work Order” by default.

The system displays the following fields:

WO On

The maintainable object on which the work order is raised, which can be “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The identifier of the equipment or location.

 

The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

Planning Group

The planning group of the work order.

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order.

Sch. Start Date

The date on which the work order was scheduled to start.

Sch. Compl. Date

The date on which the work order was scheduled to complete.

Act. Start Date

The actual start date and time of the work order.

Act. Compl. Date

The date and time at which the work order must be completed.

Part Cost - Scheduled

The scheduled cost of utilizing spare parts for the work order.

Actual Parts Cost

The actual cost of spare parts that are consumed for the work order.

The system displays the following fields in the “Spares and Consumables” multiline:

Item

The standard spare parts specified for the work order.

Variant

The variant of the standard spare part.

The system displays the following multiline fields:

Desc.

The textual description of the spare part.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the spare part.

Scheduled Qty.

The scheduled quantity specified for the work order.

Issued Qty.

The actual quantity issued from the inventory for carrying out the work order.

Consumed Qty.

The quantity of the spare part that is utilized for the execution of the work order.

Qty. Returned

The quantity of the spare part that is returned to the inventory.

Warehouse

The warehouse from which the spare part was issued.

Item Status

The status of the standard spare part issued from the inventory.

Posted Cost

The cost of utilizing the non-standard spare part.

As of Date

The date till which the quantity is utilized for the work order.

Time

The time till which the quantity is utilized for the work order.

This page allows you to view the actuals of the parts that are utilized for the execution of the work order. You can view the part actuals for the work order selected in the previous page. You can also enter a work order in this page and view the actuals of the parts that are utilized for its execution. You can view the actuals of the parts that are utilized for the work order or for the tasks belonging to the work order.

The following details of parts actuals are displayed:
